The warp and weft wires are crimped into interlocking corrugations, delivering greater overall rigidity, even force distribution, and exceptional wear resistance and load-bearing capacity.

A variety of raw materials are offered for different working conditions: low-carbon galvanized wire for general isolation and protection; 304 and 316 stainless steel for humid and corrosive environments; high manganese steel wire for heavy-duty screening in quarries and coal mines.

The finished mesh features a smooth surface and consistent apertures to ensure stable screening precision, and is widely supplied to mining, agriculture, construction and food processing industries. Custom rolls, flat mesh panels and edge wrapping services are available.
